Exam ! Exam ! Exam !

Why i always do this? During bachelors in my every semester i thought i am going to get it done at right time, but i used to had ZERO motivation and ended up scraping together something at the last minute. Right now i am doing my Masters and i am keeping up with my trend.

"Hey guys Examination Routine is published." God ! this the most fearsome statement in the students life. No matter how many times have i sat on the examination hall staring hopelessly on the clock, exams don't gets easier. Day before, some big examination hitters will be busy on accumulating marks and maintaining their SGPA but at that time i will be busy fetching their notes for my back up study. These are the most stressing periods in any students life, but it is unavoidable. Stress depends upon how much we take it  and how we manage it.

It is impossible to remove stress but there are ways to Minimize/overcome. To combat examination stress firstly we need to understand the reasons behind this heightened anxiety. Then we can reduce the pressures we feel. Researcher has discovered some common explanation for this:

  • Low motivation Levels
  • Lack of preparing and planning
  • High expectations from others
  • Competition from peers
Successful examiner will always find a fluent ways to reduce the stress, they just get pause, reflect and chose the path that will help them to overcome the stress. here i have collected some best strategies for dealing up with examination stress.

Best Strategies for dealing with the examination stress
  1.  Take a Break and have some funny chat with someone who knows the pressure you are under.
  2. Avoid comparing your abilities with your mates. "God ! I have only completed  2 chapters of MIS, others must have started their revision" these kinds of statements only weakens your confidence. Focus on whats better for you.
  3. Eating  fresh foods and vegetables during the exam time could be helpful. food or drink high with sugar will give instant energy.
  4. Have a good and Sound sleep, Six to Eight hours a sleep is recommended.
  5. Take regular exercise. Exercising regularly not only helps us to make physically fit but also uses up the hormones and nervous energy produced when we are stressed.
  6. Quit bad habits such as drinking alcohol, smoking marijuana. These make feel better for short term but can prevent from sleeping properly. Moreover it can also hamper on our memory.
  7.  If you feel yourself losing it during exam, sit back for a moment and control your breathing, do deep breathing in and out.
  8. Break free from your distraction such as Facebook, Twitter, Viber, Whatsapp etc. Remember the time you have wasted on it rather than your studies.
Always Remember there is life after exams. Things might seem intense right now, but it wont last forever. Challenge yourself and live your life, be in charge of your emotions, thoughts and feelings. SO GET BUSY LIVING OR GET BUSY DIEING.

"Transfer Analysis of Chelsea FC"

Every managers are seeming to look busy these days on the Transfer market after the World cup Final. Well what a match it was, i am so Glad that i was in part of this generation to see epic games in the World Cup 2014. Demolition of Tiki- Taka, Rape of Brazil on their own Backyard and the emergence of underdogs. Well days to remember.

Keeping those memories, now lets focus to our topic. While every managers were busy on their own perspective Jose Mourihno left no time so sign his vital players for this season. He signed Fabregas just day before the spainsh game. After the Departure of Frank Lampard there is certainly a big hole in the Midfield, which possibly could be fulfilled by Cesc. He is aggresive and a Box-to-Box player with great sense of vision of seeing the player and dodging the defenders. Moreover he good at Scoring and assisting. having being played previous with the rivals Arsenal he is very familiar with the style of Premier League, he is predicted to be a great sucessor of Beloved Frank lampard. He can play as deep lying midfield or at behind the striker or as a False 9. He is certainly a great acquisition to the Club.
