With my Experience today i will try to explain you, how to Select the Squad and gain the Maximum points on the Fantasy Football League.
First and foremost you need to be updated with the Transfers, Squads, Injuries Update and Starting 11. The best weapon for the Fantasy is your own instinct about the football. Before selecting the squad analyse the current form of the Team and the players you are going to select.
- 1. Goal Keeper: Select the Goal Keeper who concedes less goals comparatively to others, but those keepers might be expensive ones too. So while selecting the Goalie select those who frequently come into action and saves lot of saves. If you select those Goalie who has tight defense may not earn maximum points as others. Select those Keepers who are Shot stoppers, Who earns high clean sheets and who plays regularly (every 90 mins)
- 2. Defenders: Those defenders will earn Maximum points who can keep clean sheets, who plays every day out (full 90 mins) and who can probably can come into score sheets. Defenders like Ivanovich, Terry are the players who are likely come into score sheet frequently and they do keep clean sheets. Defenders who likely to get cards during the game may lose the valuable points and may lead to negative marking, so keep these things in the mind before the selection.
- 3. Midfielders: Selection of mid fielders are quite challenging one, Managers do want to change their Mid fielders during the game so it is likely to earn less points if you select those. So while selecting Mid fielders select those who are the hub of the Team. For eg Yaya Toure is hub of Manchester City's attack, Gerrad is of Liverpool, Hazard is of Chelsea, Ramsey of Arsenal. These players are Likely to play full 90 mins. Another main point to analyse during selection is, select those who comes in the Score sheets and in the assist too.
- 4. Strikers: Strikers main role is to score, assist and to link up play with Mid Fielders. When you select the Strikers select those who are the main man of the team, who lead the attack every day and day out. Select those who has the best form in the striking line. Select those Strikers of that team who completely rely on them. In past season Liverpool's Suarez, Sturridge and City's Augero earned the Maximum points.
Whom to make the Captain and Vice- Captain?
This is the common problem that may arouse among the people. So before selecting the Captain and Vice Captain, analyse who are likely to be the best performer of the day from your squad. Captain earns double the points of actual, plus bonuses. So make those players who can Score a lot of goals in a day along with assist and the Clean sheet from the team.
(Tips: Before making your Starting 11, Captain and Vice-Captain, See the Past history about the game. Know about the Scorers of past years (player like Suarez had the best record against Norwich, Drogba against Arsenal) they are likely to score again. Play FIFA and PES the formation and tactics are well mentioned there. And the Most Important thing Look for the Player who is having the best Run of Form, who is scoring in every game. Players who played in Champions League and League Cups are likely to get rest. Keep these things in Mind)
